This is going to be a busy week with two meets and our first Friday Potluck of the season! Here is a quick overview of the schedule. Please don’t hesitate to send any questions to [email protected]

Schedule for the week:

Sunday: Mini Stingray Kickoff Meeting @ SOC at 6:30

Monday: B Meet with Canterbury Woods @ SOC. SOC will warm up at 5:00 so please arrive by 4:45. The meet will start at 6:00. Our snack shack will be serving lots of great grilled items so dinner plans are easy after your swimmer finishes swimming.

Tuesday: Afternoon Practices

13 & Over: 4:30-5:30

9-12 year olds: 5:30-6:30

8 & Under: 6:30-7:15

Wednesday: No Practice and all are invited to SOC’s Community Day to celebrate the last day of school.

Thursday & Friday Morning Practice:

10 & Under: 7:30 – 8:30am

Minis Coaches Meeting with Coach Hope: 8:30 – 9:00am

11 & Older: 9:00 – 10:00am

Friday evening Potluck @ SOC at 6:15pm

The theme for this week’s potluck is Silly SOCs (wear your socks in any way you want -- on your feet, pinned to your shirts, make a sock headband or a sock necklace --the possibilities are endless) to the potluck and continue the fun by wearing your socks to Saturday’s meet). Everyone should bring a dish to share (appetizers, fruit, main meals, desserts)

Saturday: A Meet @ Woodley Pool

Mark your swimmer’s availability in Swimtopia ASAP and no later than Tuesday morning. For Saturday A meets, the coaches will enter up to 3 swimmers per stroke (up to 2 strokes per person) based on times and availability. We need all the entries and data finalized to share with the other team on Thursday.
